Boiler servicing entails a thorough assessment of your current boiler to check it is working as it should and is safe to use.

We recommend booking ahead in the Summer to ensure your boiler is in full working condition for the upcoming Winter.
A series of visual checks for: water leaks, any external/internal damage to the boiler or any electrical components, evidence of poor-quality installation, any nearby potential combustible hazards, signs of overheating or stress on the boiler and/or components.
Tests will also include efficiency checks for operational faults, a flue gas analysis and a boiler tightness test and an analysis on the volume of gas used by your boiler.
Final tests include boiler ventilation gas safety checks to ensure the boiler is functioning safely and system pressure checks to assess the ‘working pressure’ of your boiler.
